Doug, can we get the universal intro stuff

Two days left. Can you believe it? Only 5 bugs left, all dealing with docs,
tests, and releng.
The end game plan is to do the final build this Friday probably at 4 p.m.
EDT (Ottawa time). This will give us a chance to fix up as much of the docs
as we can. I will then update the Europa site to contain this build. We
then have until, lets say, 12 noon EDT on Wednesday for any emergency
rebuilds. That will give us a chance to get everything together before the
5 p.m. EDT cut-off set by the Eclipse webmaster. The servers are then
locked down to downloads until the mirrors are updated and then opened up
on Friday morning at 9 a.m. EDT.
