Hi,
This might be something to do with the
recent changes in MBSWizardHandler for integration of template engine.
Please raise a bug with all necessary information. I will have a
look.

I get the following exception when I try
to create a new C project from the C/C++ perspective (File->New->C
Project, then select a name, type = Executable, toolchain = Cygwin GCC,
finish):
