[cdt-dev] Build properties extension point broken ?

Hi,

I just tried to define some build properties via extension point
'...core.buildProperties'. But I cannot add any children to the extension in
the PDE editor. Neither (type) nor (value) do show up as child elements.

Is the extension point broken?
