Hi folks,

 

since there is now a dedicated Cygwin toolchain definition I'll give my proposed solution for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=117013 another try. I have posted a modified / improved patch and ask for comments (pse reply to the bugzilla)
