[cdt-dev] Cannot create a C project with new project model

I'm trying to create new C and C++ executable projects with the new project
wizard.  After I click Finish I got a dialog box saying there's an internal
error and this is what I saw in the error log:

No error stack trace is available.  Did anyone see the same error?
