RE: [cdt-dev] ANTLR

It's not clear if it is first come first serve and I think they handle them
all at once to some degree or other, so I don't think it'll matter if you
wait or not.

I guess the other side of that coin is that I personally won't need it until
post Europa. So if others need it before, feel free to put it in.
