[cdt-dev] Include paths

Hi,

          I have read that There's  a built-in tool that reads the 'make' output from a
complete build and extracts all sorts of information useful to CDT ---
include file paths, defined symbols, which source files are part of the build. What is this tool or which is the class that does this, i need this functionality to add my own include paths in a c project.
