Hey gang,

I have completed the upgrade to the build scripts to get 3.1.x building again. It is available as always on the build site:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds

They are still numbered 3.1.1 (but with a newer qualifier). We’ll have to upversion them to 3.1.2 before we release in Feb.
