[cdt-dev] Signing up for inbox accounts

The default component owner for each of the CDT components is an inbox account. These inbox accounts are actually mailing lists and anyone can sign up. I strongly urge all committers to sign themselves up to the inbox accounts for the components they work on, and I don’t think it hurts if you sign up for them all. I do and it’s a great way to see what’s going on across the CDT.

 

The mailing lists are a bit hidden, but the URLs are pretty easy to figure out. The follow the pattern:

 

    https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/<inbox_account>

 

The archives are disabled but you can subscribe and unsubscribe from there. You can also add the inboxes to your watch list but I find this easier. Here is the list of components for the CDT.
