Hey gang,

I have added conversion of the content assist to use the PDOM more and for the DOM completion contributor to skip headers. That will greatly enhance performance of content assist and eliminate those 3+ second delays on large headers like windows.h and iostream.

We should also consider doing something with Open Declaration, I think it still does a full parse.
