RE: [cdt-dev] Old FAQ article on using the CDT parser "stand alon e"

Nope, as of 3.1, you can not use the CDT parser standalone. Some dependencies on the rest of the CDT core have crept into the DOM and there wasn’t anyone who was around to support the standalone jar (there have been many issues with it in the past).

This may change as interest in this functionality is rising again with people (Chris R and his team) to support it.

Subject: [cdt-dev] Old FAQ article on using the CDT parser "stand alone"

Hi folks,

for a particular problem I have to solve it may be useful to be able to use CDT parser "stand alone" as described in the "old FAQ" article

Can anybody tell me whether this article is still valid. Or has everything changed with the arrival of the PDOM etc.?

Thanks,
