[cdt-dev] GNU Map File Outline View

Hi All,

I have extended MBS successfully for a Gcc based cross compiler which
also generates template project files depending upon the target. 
When the project is built the GNU Map file is generated by default. 

After doing this I thought of adding an Outline view of the map file so
that it is more accessible. I have referred the Makefile Outline view
implementation. I would like to know whether I can post this code for
initial review.
