Hey gang,

I am in the middle of converting all of the CDT plugins to OSGi bundles on HEAD. This will allow the plugins as jars thing to actually work (thanks Dave I J).

This will update all of the plugin.xml’s. Please let me know if you are in the middle updating your plugin.xml so we don’t trample eachother.
