[cdt-dev] how to feed implicit includes to the C indexer.

Hi everybody,

Our compiler has an option to implicitly (pre-)include header files
before other files, equal to the gcc preprocessor '-include' option.
Is there a way to feed these include files to the CDT C indexer?
