[cdt-dev] cdt3.0 plug-in don't work on eclipse-3.1

I install eclipse-3.1 from source, and copy the features and plugins 
directory to the same directory on eclipse3.1, when I start eclispe and 
create project from menu file->new->project the c/c++ project selection 
doesn't appear on select wizard. how to solve it?
