RE: [cdt-dev] heads up: 106036

I guess what I'm saying is do an RC3 re-build today.  We won't close on
whether it becomes RC3 until at least Monday anyway, so on Monday we'll
figure out what's going on and either ask for yet another rebuild (fun
fun fun), or move it to future.  Just don't call a vote to make it
officially RC3 first thing Monday morning :-P  Kind of hokey really but
still technically within the process ;-)

Sorry to jerk everyone around.  This whole releasing when everyone is
taking vacations thing really doesn't work very well I'm afraid.
