[cdt-dev] CDT 3.0 RC3 Rebuild

Hey gang, we've had a number of reports on exceptions produced due to 
the fix for 102195. Bug 105806 is one of them and is now fixed in head. 
We would like to do a rebuild to get this pretty minor fix with major 
benefit into 3.0.

The affected files are:
   CEditor.java 1.92-1.93
   ICEditorActionDefinitionIds.java 1.15-1.16

Please let us know if you object as soon as possible.
