I've got one more minor addition to the MBS New and noteworthy.

Could you add one more item to the "CDT 3.0 Notes for CDT Extenders"
section describing the per-toolchain scanner info mechanism setting
change that was made in the 3.0:

- The Scanner Info Discovery Profile mechanism is now used to provide
the per-toolchain scanner information instead of the old Scanner Info
Collector mechanism.

Attached is a patch that adds this to the CDT-3.0-News.htm file.
