[cdt-dev] Making the indexer ignore selected include paths

Hello folks,

is there a way to get the indexer to _not_ scan certain files or paths?
I have a number of include files for which I am providing content assist
information from a custom ICHelpProvider implementation and I get
duplicate entries if the indexer _and_ my help provider contribute their
information.

Any hints appreciated.
