[cdt-dev] Access to C/C++ dependencies

You guys are obviously doing a lot of
background parsing.  Do you have an accessible API to your parser
such that C/C++ dependencies could be extracted?  For example, to
be used in makefile rules.  Running GCC -MM in our makefiles is turning
out to be VERY slow for our large builds.
