Thread-topic: MBS check-in for the Build macros support

Hi all,

I have just checked in the changes related to the build macros support in MBS.

The changes include both core and UI build macros functionality.

Also the “org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.toolchain.gnu.cygwin” package is moved from the managedbuilder.ui to the managedbuilder.gnu.ui project and renamed to the “org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.gnu.cygwin”, because it contains implementations of the environment variable supplier and other callbacks specific to the Gnu Cygwin tool-chain.
