[cdt-dev] CDT 2.1 RC7 Available for Testing

Hey gang,

RC7 is now available at:

        http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/2.1.0/RC7

There were 13 changes since RC6 including bug fixes in the binary parsers, 
makefile text hover, managed make project import, and managed make file 
associations.

Please take some time to run this build through it's paces. If no issues 
arise, we will vote on whether to make this the GA build.
