Sorry Jeremy, I missed that part of your post.
Given that we have pretty low volume on cdt-patch lately, would it be ok
to use that mailing list for your patches? Alternatively, I've seen other
Eclipse groups attach patches to bugzilla entries.
I agree with the cdt-contrib-dev and will send off the request this
morning. We should also create a cdt-contrib component in bugzilla and a
cdt-contrib-inbox account for triage.

It'd be great if we can get this stuff set up asap. What is the
procedure for getting these lists and the newsgroup opened? Everything
else is falling into place, but I don't want to put the code up until
the communication forums have been established.
