[cdt-dev] Plugging mytoolchain to CDT

I want to add mytoolchain comprising of makefiles and perl scripts as a
plugin to CDT.

I want CDT to use the makefiles present in mytoolchain while I click on the
"Build Project".
Can I do this ?
Help in this regard is highly appreciated...
