[cdt-dev] CDT 2.0.2

Hey gang,

We've identified enough problems with 2.0.1 to warrant a respin. However, 
since 2.0.1 is already out there, we'll version this as 2.0.2. I'll do 
this Wednesday (tomorrow) and do a build around noon-ish. We can then 
target releasing 2.0.2 in sync with Eclipse 3.0.1 which we have been 
testing against and has scheduled their last build for next week. If we 
have no more changes, we can use tomorrow's build as 2.0.2 otherwise we 
can do one more next Wednesday.

As always, the cdt_2_0 branch will remain open for fixing high priority 
bugs. We may or may not do a 2.0.3 depending if anyone asks for one or if 
we find a serious bug that can help the general community.

Thoughts? Comments? Concerns?
