Yeah, it did take a long time ;-)  I understand there was a lengthy
internal review before going public with it.  It was approved though and
it's now in sourceforge.net cvs:

I see they have costello.swt in there as well now (Costello is the
event/script recorder - ie. no coding necessary).

Anyway, it looks interesting - might be worth us having a second look
now.
