One enhancement to manged make that we would really like to
see in 2.0.1 is support for file-level settings and file
exclusion (as proposed by Pierre-Alexandre Masse):

Some people would see this as a bug fix, others as a new
feature.  I would tend to put it into the bug fix category,
if only becuase our customers would probably consider it
to be a bug.

Pierre - You seemed to indicate that you've already done some
work on this; do you think your initial submission will be
done in time to consider inclusion in 2.0.1?

Sebastien, Kleo - if the work on this is done in time for 2.0.1,
what are the chances of it being included (if needed, with an
internal flag to enable/disable the feature?)
