[cdt-dev] Managed Build System Proposal

I have entered a proposal for the Managed Build System into bugzilla:

There are a large number of additional requirements over what is supported in CDT 2.0.  I have gathered these requirements from within Intel and from conversations on the cdt-dev mailing list.  Intel is very interested in this functionality and will be willing to commit developers to the implementation.  I'd like to start discussion now since the sooner we get started, the more we will be able to complete in CDT 3.0.

 

I added attachments in HTML format and MS Word format.  The HTML version is missing the object model diagram (I guess because it is a separate .gif file).  If anyone knows how to fix that, let me know.
