[cdt-dev] Request for new projects

I'd like to create two new projects to hold an SDK feature, 
org.eclipse.cdt.sdk and org.eclipse.cdt.sdk-feature. This feature would 
include the features org.eclipse.cdt, org.eclipse.cdt.make, and 
org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder as well as automatically generated source 
features for these features. I need these very quickly to meet internal 
pressures I'm getting (there's some community pressure as well).
