[cdt-dev] CDT Commit Reports - Take a look

Hey gang,

I have written a little utility in my favorite scripting language, C++, 
that produces are report on all commits to the CDT projects. Take a look 
at:

        http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/docs/cvslog

The report is organized by date, author, and the correlates all the 
various files that a user commits at the same time. It then links the file 
revisions to their entries in ViewCVS so you can check the diffs.

Let me know if you see any mistakes the generator is making or any 
features you think would be valuable.

BTW, is this a good replacement for ChangeLogs? I could be if we put 
decent commit messages (i.e. more than just "updated" :-).
