[cdt-dev] Update to 2.0 Plan and Managed Build Feature Spec

Hey all,

I've updated the CDT 2.0 plan to line up with the recent release of the 
Eclipse 3.0 plan. Comments on that are welcome.

I have also updated the feature spec for the Managed Build feature. It is 
available at:
