[cdt-dev] CDT Defect Update

Hi gang,

As part of the on-going organization
of CDT Defects, I have modified the target milestone and priority of some
defects, to achieve the following:

For unresolved defects (275):
 
        -
target milestone is either 2.0 or 1.2.1.
        -
priority is set as follows: P1 for severity=blocking or critical, P2 for
severity = major, P3 for severity = normal or minor, P4 for sev = trivial

As people triage new incoming or reopened,
I'd ask that you try to follow the above guide for setting the target and
milestone fields. 

The target for some defects is being
set to Future. I suspect there are many in the 275 unresolved that we will
not get to for the 2.0 release, so rather than trying to figure out which
ones they are and setting the target to Future, I think we should just
leave them in 2.0 and move them to the appropriate release when 2.0 is
wrapping up.

Next, I'll do some reorg of the resolved
defects.
