                 Would like to create some new plugins:

org.eclipse.cdt.tools.core
...
org.eclipse.cdt.tools.ui
...


We got some new code and features that we would like to commit
but clutering the plugins org.eclipse.cdt.core and org.eclipse.cdt.ui
is not the way to go.
