My link points to the bugzilla entry with the patch that fixes the
problem. Open the bugzilla bug and double click on the patch link.
The text includes the file name and the added lines are marked by "+". I
would suggest to add these lines manually to the same plugin.xml file in
your workspace.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I don't see much more than a line of
text referring to eclipse workspace patch 1.0 at the top of your reply
in the bug report.

I don't know where to go to download this patch (or if that is even the
complete name of it), nor am I familiar with the process of patching an
eclipse installation. It would be really helpful if you could provide a
direct link or two.
