In the context of CBI and LTS, I'd like to raise your attention on this bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=360935
Sonar is pretty easy to use with Maven/Tycho and jenkins/Hudson. It provides very useful input on the quality that are IMHO necessary to get for a company who want to provide LTS. The better quality is, the easier support will be to set up. Without such a tool to provide quality reports, it is more risky to provide LTS.
So since it is easy to set up, what about integrating Sonar as a piece of CBI and LTS?

I spoke with Olivier Gaudin (Co-founder of Sonar and CEO of SonarSource) who said he would be glad to help in setting up Sonar at Eclipse.org, since having Eclipse projects using Sonar is a real added-value for the Sonar ecosystem too.
