[buckminster-dev] Patch suggested for materializing binaries via p2

I am puzzled why the bucky book says that binaries with source="false" in the provider are materialized with p2 by default when they are not unless they are from a p2 site or are a direct uri to a jar file.

If I have an osgi.bundle on a web server which is fetched via a uri provider with a matcher, I don't expect it to materialize into the workspace. This issue is mentioned in the following bug so I suggest a patch for review.
