Everything you need should be contained in the latest (headless) archived site for eclipse 3.6. You also need to use the latest p2 director to install buckminster. You can find the archive in that download area as well. You can find the features on our regular p2 sites, i.e. the ones you're using anyway to install (headless) Buckminster.
