[buckminster-dev] Bundle or package dependencies?

Buckminster bundles combine bundle and java package dependencies. The latter may cause problems when using Buckminster to resolve the bundles.

Is there any reason to keep java package level dependencies?


I wrote a bugzilla issue about this: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=300784

If there are no objections, I will change all buckminster dependecy declarations to bundle level.
