Hi Florian,
All source for Buckminster can be obtain using an SVN client of choice 
from svn://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/technology/org.eclipse.buckminster. 
The version you are using can be found at tags/Europa_GA.

For newsgroup access (to any Eclipse newsgroup), please look here: 
http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/register.php
