Hi,

Sometimes, it is un-desireable to install Buckminster on each developer 
machines using update site. For the purpose of being consistent and share 
the same build version on each machine, is there a way to download the 
binaries and use those for off-line installation on each machine (IDE 
packaging ? or Site Archieve ?) ?
