[buckminster-dev] New nomination to the project

I hereby nominate Henrik Lindberg to be a Committer of the Buckminster
Sub-Project.  Henrik has played an integral role in architecting
Buckminster and reviewing technical issues since project inception, and
has generated much of the content for project documentation.  Henrik has
made and will make a critical contribution and significant time
commitment to the project, and will need full committer-status going
forward.
