Hi Lorenzo,
Yes, sorry - I should have mentioned it on the project website: the 0.4.0 and 0.3.0 milestones are still available at http://download.eclipse.org/technology/bpel/update-site-M4/ and http://download.eclipse.org/technology/bpel/update-site-M3/ respectively.
I'll update the website with this information.
