[bpel-dev] Where to download 0.4.0 version?

Hi all,
I hope this is the correct place for this kind of question.

Is there any place where I can download the 0.4.0 release?

I have to use a set of plugins that depend on eclipse 3.4.2ee and this release of the bpel editor.

I cannot use the 0.5.0 because it depends of GEF 2.5.0 and only 2.4.0 is available for Ganymede.
