[birt-dev] Apache FOP

Does anyone know how to deal with apache fop these days? There are numerous fop distributions but they are all in the org.apache.xmlgraphics namespace. 

The real fop does not seem to have a maven central entry.

The reason for asking is that now we include fop as a fat jar but obviously I would like to include it. https://github.com/eclipse/birt/issues/674
