thanks for helping.
The (raw) md-files to be edited are in the ./docEdit directory.
When converted to static webpages the result is, at least on my local docusaurus installation, in ./docs.
Just for information:
I am for the moment working on a blog and therefore I will subdivide the ./docsEdit directory at least in two subdirectories which will also subdivide the docs directory with the same structure.
If I can be helpful, please let me know.

Hi Colin, thanks for your contribution. I can confirm that your GitHub workflow is correct but you are not editing the correct files 😉
We have converted our website to docusaurus and you are working on the raw HTML. The files that you should be changing are md documents in the main branch.
