1) avoid putting jars inside jars & fulfill Runtime-OSGI with the "library" jars it needs
or
2) disable Runtime-OSGI test for a while that will be a step to remove "-DskipTests" from our pipeline

We need to decide how to go forward.

1 would be the solution, 2 a temporary workaround.

Can you work on this Alexander?
