[birt-dev] Request to fix bugzilla 194183 in 2.2

I would like to request this bug to be fixed in 2.2:

Some chart builder dialogs are not hooked to the online help. The fix consists of adding or modifying ids to those dialogs and does not have any risk. The help files for those new dialogs have already been completed and checked in by the documentation team.
