[birt-dev] CheckIn: bug 142158 and bug 142140 column binding issues

Summary:

Model provided API compatibility work for the bound column feature. However, API compatibility should not be applied if the design is not created by API codes.

Description:

1.      Revised codes in BoundColumnsMgr and BoundColumnsWriterMgr.

2.      Enhanced codes in DataItemHandle, ModuleState and VersionControlMgr.

3.      Updated test cases.
