[birt-dev] Switch to Eclipse 3.2 RC4, GEF 3.2 RC3, EMF 2.2 RC4 and DTP 0

Hi All,

It’s time to switch to new platform. We need to use Eclipse 3.2 RC4, GEF 3.2 RC3, EMF 2.2 RC4 and DTP 0.9 RC3 now.
