[babel-dev] Contribution of Japanese Language pack

Hello, Babel Committers,

I registered the newest contribution of Japanese Language pack which is
corresponding to Ganymede official release (20080626). This is the RC from Japan
WG.

But I might make mistake about the selection of target product on Bugzilla.
The assigned number is #239918.

Please pick it up and handle it.
